01
We are not AT&T
We do not build the network, set the prices, define the products or control provisioning timelines. When we manage an order, we are managing it with the carrier on your behalf — persistently, but as your representative, not as the company that owns the infrastructure.
02
We are not exclusive to your account, and AT&T is not exclusive to us
Authorized dealers are a channel, not a monopoly; you can always deal with the carrier directly, and nothing about working with us locks you to us. We keep clients by being useful, not by holding anything hostage.
03
There are no special prices published here
You will not find price tables, "dealer-only discounts" or speed guarantees anywhere on this site, because honest versions of those cannot be written down in advance. Business offers change by address, by product and over time. What we actually provide is current, address-specific options at the moment you ask — which is worth more than a stale number on a web page.
04
A dealer is not automatically a consultant
Some dealers are order-takers. Our position is that the order is the easy part; the value is in the requirements conversation before it and the account attention after it. If you are weighing this distinction, the pages under our business telecom hub show how we treat the whole stack rather than a single sale.
